Councillor Allowances

At a recent meeting of the Parish Council, a decision was made to pay an allowance to qualifying councillors for the 25-26 council year. In order to qualify, councillors must be democratically elected rather than co-opted onto the council.

The allowance will be £194 to cover expenses for the full year. The Chairman's allowance of £336 will not be claimed.
